Digital Operations Associate at Alef Lam Holdings
Computer engineer on the digital operations team at Alef Lam Holdings, where technology meets operations: process documentation, requirements, system testing and pre-launch reviews.
How a new process or system gets from an idea to everyday use.
Map the workflow and write the requirements (BRD and FRD) before anything is built.
Walk through the process with the teams involved and close the gaps before it goes live.
Test systems and websites across devices and browsers, and log every issue clearly.
Stay with the teams after launch until the open issues are resolved.
Awards, certifications and moments I'm proud of.
